Orders & Payment

All bespoke orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery. Ready-to-wear orders require full payment at checkout.

Turnaround Time

Bespoke orders: 7–14 working days from deposit payment
Rush orders: 3–5 working days (additional fee applies)
Ready-to-wear: Ships within 1–3 working days

Fittings & Alterations

All bespoke orders include two complimentary alteration sessions. Additional alterations beyond this are charged separately. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fittings — missed fittings without 24-hour notice may result in delays.

Returns & Refunds

Bespoke orders: Due to their custom nature, bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. The deposit is non-refundable.
Ready-to-wear: Unworn, unaltered items may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on returned ready-to-wear items.

Fabric & Materials

We reserve the right to substitute fabrics of equal or greater quality if the specified material becomes unavailable. You will be notified before any substitution is made.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery times and costs vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the item has been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and creative work produced by our atelier remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or commission copies of our designs.
